Congratulations to Jean Schwartz, EdgeTech on

EPC Labs, Inc. is pleased to announce that we
are moving. After 22 years in the same facility, EPC will
be moving into a brand new, custom designed facility. The
move will not take place until October 1999 but our new address
will be 42A Cherry Hill Drive, Danvers, MA 01923 USA. The
telephone, facsimile number, e-mail and web site address remains
the same.

Coinciding with the move into a new facility,
EPC is discounting certain parts and consumables. This promotion
is an effort for EPC to reduce inventory and pass along savings
to our customers. A list of components will be e-mailed as
a special bulletin and put on our web-site in the coming month.

5-8, 1999 at the Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort and Conference Center.

With the end of our fiscal year on July 31, 1999,
EPC concluded its 32nd year in business. As we embark on our
33rd year, EPC looks forward to servicing the geophysical, military
and educational marketplaces with new and exciting products.

Extensive testing is being carried out with the
EPC Model HSP-100 and GSP-1086 500 Series and the suite of EdgeTech
equipment: X-STAR and GeoSTAR Sub-bottom profilers with the 560
topside. The testing is being performed simultaneously at
both EdgeTech facilities in Milford, MA and Boca Raton, FL.
The test will ensure 100% compatibility between the various configurations
and software including the Triton Elics' ISIS. This week the
HSP-100 is also being tested at Coda Technologies Ltd. (Edinburgh,
UK) for integration with the popular CODA-DA200 http://www.tritonelics.com,

A previous newsletter (VOL. 1 NO. 6) that was
critical of the Oceans Show has generated the most feedback yet.
Some EPC Monthly readers wanted to know why this space was so critical
of the Oceans Show. Other readers (mostly fellow exhibitors)
shared the frustration.
