4, 1999. Over the weekend October 1-3, EPC will set up new
residence at 42A Cherry Hill Drive, Danvers, MA 01923. The
telephone, facsimile number and web site address remains unchanged.
The facility is 5,600 square feet and is custom designed in thirds
for administration, manufacturing and engineering.

Sales of the HSP-100 are ahead of schedule!
First production run is already sold out, forcing EPC to quote 30-60
days delivery. Early customers include: JT Hydro (Malaysia), University
of Trieste (Italy), United States Geological Survey (USGS), FLA.
and CONGEGCA (Venezuela). EPC has delivered two HSP-100 to
CONGEGCA Geophysical and Geological Studies for use with the EdgeTech
X-STAR Chirp Sub-bottom profiler and DF-1000 Digital Side-Scan Sonar.

EPC has delivered four more Model 9802 Thermal
Graphic Recorder to L-3 Communications/Seabeam for use in Japan.
Three units will be in interfaced to the SeaBeam 2112.004 Multibeam
Echosounders aboard the Japanese Vessel "Nichinan" and
the fourth Model 9802 will print multibeam data from the SeaBeam
2112.00 delivered to the "Kaiyo". There are
many customers who are using the Model 9802 with SeaBeam instrumentation
including the Antarctic Support Associates, Scripps Institution
of Oceanography, COMRA (China), and the Woods Hole Oceanographic

New from EPC is remote configuration software
for the HSP-100. Remote configuration software allows operators
to open a DOS Window and send set-up commands such as, lines per
inch (LPI), contrast, GSP-1086 emulation, data bits, shades of gray,
restore defaults and run test.

At the Oceanology International 2000 Exhibition
and Conference, 7-10 March in Brighton, UK, EPC will be exhibiting
in Booth #GF224. The booth is located on the Ground Floor,
in Hall 7. EPC is also committed to Oceanology International
2001 Americas April 3-5, Booth # 248. At the Ocean Technology
Workshop (OTW) 5-8 October, 1999 EPC will host one day of training
Wednesday, October 6th and three days of sea trials. EPC will

In recognition of Columbus Day, EPC will be closed
October 11, 1999. The 2nd Monday in October (formerly October
12th) is observed as a legal holiday in many states, including Massachusetts,
in commemoration of the landing of Columbus.
